COOKING PASTA WITH SAUCE

Cooking pasta with sauce is a classic and simple dish that can be prepared in many different ways. Here’s a basic recipe to get you started:

Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces of pasta (e.g. spaghetti, fettuccine, penne)
  • 1-2 cups of sauce (e.g. tomato sauce, Alfredo sauce)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions:

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook until it is al dente (firm to the bite), following the package instructions.

While the pasta is cooking, heat the sauce in a separate saucepan over medium heat until it is heated through.

Once the pasta is cooked, drain it in a colander and add it to the saucepan with the sauce.

Toss the pasta and sauce together until the pasta is well coated with the sauce.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve hot, optionally with grated Parmesan cheese on top.

Note: You can also add other ingredients to the sauce, such as cooked vegetables, meat, or seafood, to create your own unique pasta dish.
